Install the Adom app

AdomApp is a web app: no app store needed. Once added to your phone's home screen or your computer, it opens like an app, full screen, with its own icon. Choose your device:

iPhone and iPad

with Safari

  1. Open Safari and go to adomapp.com (button below).
  2. Tap the Share button — the square with an upward arrow — at the bottom of the screen (top right on iPad).
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
  4. Check the name “Adom”, then tap “Add” at the top right.
  5. The Adom icon appears on your home screen: tap it to open the app.

Use Safari: it is the most reliable browser for adding to the home screen on iPhone.

Android

with Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and go to adomapp.com (button below).
  2. If Chrome shows “Install app” at the bottom of the screen, tap it and go to step 4.
  3. Otherwise, tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, then “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”).
  4. Confirm with “Install”.
  5. The Adom icon appears on your home screen and in your app list.

Menu names may vary slightly between Chrome versions.

Huawei

with Huawei Browser

  1. Open Huawei Browser (pre-installed) and go to adomapp.com.
  2. Tap the menu icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap “Add to”, then “Home screen” — depending on the version, the option is called “Add shortcut” or “Add to home screen”.
  4. Confirm with “Add”.
  5. The Adom icon appears on your home screen.

Recent Huawei phones have no Google services: Huawei Browser is the right choice. If you have installed Chrome, follow the Android method instead.

Windows PC

with Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to adomapp.com (button below).
  2. In the address bar, click the “App available” icon (a small screen with a +), then “Install”.
  3. Otherwise, open the … menu at the top right, then “Apps” › “Install this site as an app”.
  4. Confirm with “Install”.
  5. Adom opens in its own window; you'll find it in the Start menu and can pin it to the taskbar.

The same method works with Chrome on desktop (install icon in the address bar).

Frequently asked questions

Is the Adom app free?
Yes. Installing and using it is free; you only pay for the service, after it's done.
Do I need an App Store or Google Play account?
No. AdomApp installs straight from the browser, without any app store.
Does the app take a lot of space?
Very little: it's a web app, much lighter than a regular app. It updates automatically.
How do I remove the app?
Like any other app: long-press the icon then “Remove” on a phone; on Windows, right-click Adom in the Start menu then “Uninstall”.
