Frequently asked questions about personal training at home in Morocco
Before booking a personal trainer at home on Adom, notably in Casablanca or Rabat, here are the answers to the questions most frequently asked by our clients.
Frequently asked questions
What does a personal trainer at home cost in Morocco?
The rate depends on the specialty, frequency and the trainer's profile. Adom applies a reference rate of 150 DH per session, with a free personalized quote within 2 hours after a quick conversation about your goals. A regular monthly commitment is generally more advantageous than a single session.
Can I choose between a session at home and an outdoor session?
Yes. Adom trainers are available for sessions at home (living room, terrace, rooftop) or outdoors (park, seafront, sports area). Specify your preference on the quote form — the trainer adapts to your environment.
What specialties does Adom offer?
Four main specialties: fitness/strength training (strength and cardio program), yoga/pilates (flexibility, well-being), weight loss with nutrition (fitness coaching with a meal plan), and physical preparation (competitive athletes or a structured return to sport).
Do I need equipment at home for a session?
No, it isn't essential. Adom trainers bring light equipment (bands, mats, weights). For more intensive programs, the trainer can advise you on buying basic equipment — specify what you already have in the quote request.
How does Adom verify its personal trainers?
Every trainer goes through 3 mandatory steps: ID verification, a one-on-one interview with our team to assess skills and teaching style, and verification of diplomas/certifications. Trainers are rated after each session — only those with a rating of 4.5/5 or higher stay active.
Do I need to formally declare my trainer under Law 19-12?
If your trainer comes to your home regularly, Law 19-12 on domestic employees may apply. Trainers recommended through Adom can work as self-employed professionals (registered with CNSS), sparing you the direct-employer obligations.
