Marrakech holds one of the country's largest short-term rental volumes, particularly across three neighborhoods: Gueliz, Hivernage and the Medina. Each has its own specifics for an Airbnb host:

• Gueliz: a modern district with a high density of short-let apartments, where turnovers can come several times a week, especially in high season.
• Hivernage: upmarket residences and riads close to the tourist areas, where the presentation standard (linen, welcome kit, before/after photos) gets particularly close scrutiny from travellers.

• The real window between two guests. When a checkout and a check-in fall on the same day, the usable slot can shrink to two or three hours. Better to state that before booking a professional than to discover it that morning.
• The linen stock. With tight turnovers, the wash cycle becomes the limiting factor, not the cleaning. A second full set of linen unblocks more situations than an extra hour of service.
• Access, in the medina above all. Narrow alley, gate, distant drop-off point, delivery windows: these constraints belong in the first conversation, not the first visit.

Handing over your keys: the precondition

The national rate applied is 120 to 200 DH per turnover, depending on the size of the property (studio, apartment, riad) and the volume of linen to handle. A monthly package can be negotiated from several rotations a week — common in Gueliz and Hivernage, where several properties may turn over in parallel.
