What is the minimum age of your nannies?
Adom's nannies are all adults (18 years minimum). The average age is 28, with a mix of student babysitters (ideal for one-off evenings) and experienced professionals (mothers, former childcare assistants) for regular care and younger children.
How do you verify Adom's nannies?
Every nanny goes through 3 mandatory steps: ID verification (original + copy), an individual interview with our team (motivations, experience, emergency situations), and references from at least 2 former employers that we contact by phone. Nannies are rated after each job — only those maintaining ≥4.5/5 stay active.
What is the minimum duration of a booking?
The minimum duration is 2 hours per booking. For a daily school pickup (4 p.m.-7 p.m. for example), the minimum is 2h/day with a weekly commitment. Full-time care starts at 4h/day.
Do you also help with middle school or high school?
Homework help at the primary level (grades 1-5) is included in any regular care booking at no extra cost. For middle school and high school levels, we recommend our Private tutoring service with pros specialized by subject.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the nanny?
Adom applies its satisfaction-or-replacement guarantee: report the issue within 24h after the job, and we arrange a free replacement for the next booking or a re-service with another nanny. If the nanny didn't honor her commitments, you don't pay.
Can I book urgently for an evening this weekend?
