How much does an Airbnb turnover cost in Morocco?
Expect from 120 DH per turnover, or 120 to 200 DH per turnover depending on the size of the property (studio, apartment, riad) and the services included (linen, restocking, photos). The price is announced before the visit and payment is made after. Indicative rate, by quote.
Do you handle the linen between two guests?
Yes. Linen management and rotation are part of the turnover: sheets, covers, towels and household linen changed and prepared between each stay. Depending on your plan, the linen can be washed on-site or handled through rotation with a spare stock.
Do you handle guest check-in / check-out?
Yes, depending on availability in your city. For a morning check-out and an evening check-in, a same-day express turnover is common, especially in Marrakech where guest rotation is fast. Let us know your time slots to schedule the visit.
Do you restock consumables?
Yes: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, tea, water and a small welcome kit are restocked at every turnover according to your specifications. You can supply the preferred brands or let the concierge handle sourcing — this is specified in the quote.
Do you take before/after photos?
Yes. Before/after photos are sent at every turnover to prove the property is ready and flag any damage left by guests. It's a standard part of our Airbnb concierge service for short-term rentals.
