To find a verified professional, check out the Adom home services hub, or directly the housekeeping, childcare & babysitting and home care assistant pages.
Frequently asked questions
How does Adom verify its professionals?
Every professional on Adom goes through 3 mandatory steps before appearing in results: ID verification (national identity card) with scan and check, a one-on-one interview (motivation, experience, availability) conducted by the Adom team, and verification of references from past employers. Professionals are then rated after each job, and only those who maintain a good rating stay active on the platform.
When do I have to pay the professional?
Payment happens after the service, never in advance. This is a principle applied across all services offered by Adom: you only pay the professional once the job is done, which removes any financial commitment before you've seen the completed work.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Adom applies a satisfaction-guaranteed-or-redo policy: if a problem occurs, simply report it to the Adom team within 48 hours of the service. A free redo is then arranged with the same professional or a replacement, depending on the situation. This guarantee is already in place across all home services offered by Adom, not just housekeeping.
Are prices negotiable?
Yes. Every request on Adom leads to a free quote, personalized based on your actual need (size, frequency, type of service). You're never bound by a fixed price list: you describe your situation, receive proposals from verified professionals, and choose the one that suits you before committing.
