Before a professional appears in Adom's search results, their national ID card is verified by scan and check. This step removes any ambiguity about the real identity of the person who will come into your home — a mandatory verification, with no exception, across all services.
Step 2: the one-on-one interview
Each professional then goes through a one-on-one interview conducted by the Adom team. This conversation covers their motivation, their concrete experience in the service concerned, and their real availability. It's also a chance to assess seriousness and professional attitude before the profile is validated.
Step 3: reference verification
The third step consists of verifying references from former employers or clients. This check is carried out directly by the Adom team — not simply reading an unverifiable review, but a real contact to confirm the professional's seriousness and punctuality.
After validation: ongoing rating
Once these three steps are passed, a professional appears in the results — but verification doesn't stop there. Every service is rated by the client, and only professionals who maintain a good rating over time stay active on the platform.
Payment, always after the service
Across all services offered by Adom, payment happens after the service, never in advance. No financial commitment is required before the service has been carried out and checked by the client.
The satisfaction or re-service guarantee
If a problem arises despite everything, the satisfaction or re-service guarantee applies: simply report it to the Adom team within 48 hours of the service so that a free redo or a replacement can be arranged, depending on the situation.
